when the canadian immigration office start submitting applications for migration to canada?

also i cant get the application form on the internet.it does not open.im not feeling good these days so i couldnot manage to go to tokyo canada immigration office,plz do you kno anything when i can submit our applications.thankyou.

1. WoW! You don't leave yourself many choices, do you? Your choices are either via the Internet or in person at the embassy. I'm sorry you are not feeling well but that isn't going to result in anyone else doing your work for you. So, either find a computer that will allow you to open files or else get better soon and get yourself down to the embassy.
