Can I get into Rutgers University new brunswick?

I will be a transfer student out of a community college. After one year at a community college I had a 3.2 GPA with 12 college credits. What are my chances of getting into to Rutgers University New Brunswick? Also, I would qualify for the EOF program, if not through regular transfer student admissions, can I get in through the EOF program with the following GPA and credits?

1. Idk for some reason Rutgers recently became a very competitive school and its no longer a "Safety" school or an easy school to get into. Im a high school senior trying to get into college so ive been looking around too. Idk if you'll get in but i hope this gives you a better picture of Rutgers admission. Good luck.
