What are the cons of illegal immigration?

I have to write a 10 pages essay about a problem occurring in the U.S, and I picked immigration...what are some key points I should focus on, and where can I get the information?

1. Utilizing our socialist programs without paying into the system. Nevermind that's 50% of the legal population as well.
2. It creates a group of people who will work for less because they are afraid of being caught and deported - so many businesses take advantage of them.
3. 1) think about the economy: illegal immigrants do not pay taxes on property, federal, state.... etc. therefor there is money going to people, and not any coming back to give the government.... there are an excessive amount of illegals that are on welfare and have a zillion kids, and our taxes go up to feed them. 2) you cannot track an illegal. with the citizens, you have fingerprints and things in the systems so whenever they commit crimes, they are easy to trace and they can be caught before they harm someone else.
4. loosing our jobs to those who would do it for les than minimum wage. more Fraud. less Social security for those paying into it

7. I hope your ten page essay will be a scholarly account of the issue of immigration in the U.S., rather than a rote listing of the cons. As with any situation, there are an equal amount of both pros and cons and your research and essay should adequately reflect these. 8. Lets just put it this way........there are no pro's to illegal immigration. It's a crime and needs to be stopped.
