What scenes in Casablanca depict both American cultural values and wartime propaganda?
I have an assignment for my history class about the movie Casablanca. Can anyone think of a specific scene in which both American cultural values of the time and wartime propaganda are expressed?

- I'd try the scene where Rick and Victor talk as Victor bandages his hand. Rick represents the independent American who's staying out of European affairs and Victor is the idealist who sees this as a fight that affects the whole world
