Do Liberal Democrats dislike American values because we don't follow other countries ideas ?

Do we hate Walmart and General motors because they stand for America ? Do we avoid the stock market , because it is made of American corporations ? Yes, its obvious that liberals have little common sense, but do they grow out of it when they get older ? Yes, its obvious that Democrats ran out of ideas during the depression, but aren't most younger Democrats ignorant to this ?

You're in some very dangerous territory when you start substituting corporations for your country. I suggest you look at your own ethical and your own definition of American values because they are in need of a serious overhaul.

8. It is the neocons who are hypocrites who dislike American values. It is not an American value to hand a huge tax cut to the richest Americans while the middle class suffers from job losses to foreign countries. Walmart is disliked for their unfair labor practices, which is another unAmerican activity. General Motors does not stand for America. It stands for it's own corporate motives. I don't know any liberals who avoid the stock market. Most of them are well off as they tend to be well educated. They play the market to make money. The fact that companies like Walmart are involved in unsavory practices does not mean every company that comprises the stock market is just as unsavory. As far as following other countries' ideas is concerned, our government is based on an idea that originated in ancient Greece. It's called Democracy. Remember it?
9. I dislike supposed "American values" because they are hurting America. I want what's best for the entire country. That means that every American should have affordable health care, gay marriage should be legalized because who is the government to say that the homosexual love is something less than the heterosexual love, and a women should be able to do whatever she wants to with her body.

11. I do not hate Walmart and General motors. I just accept the fact that sometimes markets need regulation. I do not avoid the stock market - I just accept that it is better for me to pay someone else who knows more than me to invest my money. I am pretty sure Warren Buffet does not hate the stock market either. I do not dislike American values. I dislike far right wing conservative values and especially dislike it when they pretend that they represent American values.
12. Um, "liberal democrats" (an oxymoron and a stupid stereotype) HATE Walmart and GM because they are entirely Republican-owned and controlled. If you ever bothered to open up a US History textbook and read stuff about Teddy Roosevelt and the Depression, you would know that America does not have corporations that "represent" it and those that don't. Furthermore, US capitalism pretty *lives* on the stock market, you can't avoid Wall St! Why do you think people buy Microsoft products? It's a Fortune 500 company! How did it get there? Stocks! So please, stop reading all that conservative politics garbage and open up a history textbook or something. Learn something that's actually documented, for your sake.
13. american values are freedom, equality, liberty, justice, and the pursuit of freedom. liberals are the ones who are for those things.
