Is there a TV scheduling software that allows a person to make monthly schedules?

I just began a job as a Programming Coordinator for a small tv network and I currently make monthly schedules using excel. The problem is I make various schedules for various timezones, which means I have to go back and adjust the times either an hour ahead or behind according to the time zone and that takes forever. Everytime I make a new schedule it feels like I'm reinventing the wheel. Is there any type of software out there that can aid me in making a monthly schedule (maybe some sort of template), and it's able to adjust the times as needed according to time zones? I've tried Filmaker but no luck at all. Thanks!

  1. I have a similar job for a public access channel and have also been on a quest to simplify the scheduling process. There are scheduling programs out there, but the ones I found were very pricey ($3500). Like you, I am making my schedules in excel. You should be able to create a formula that will change all the times on the schedule automatically. If you could email me some examples of your schedules, I can see what I can figure out.
