How can I get the home schedules for the 08 baseball season?

We are taking our grandson out west next june...he is a baseball NUT. How can we find out the home schedules for the Rockies, the Cubs or White Sox, Kansas City, and Cleveland Indians? We'd love to take him to as many as possible. I have looked up last year's schedules for this time period. Is there a pattern for home and away...that is, if the team was away one year in the last week of June, will they tend to be home in that week the next year?

3. The schedules won't be out until the first of the year but some team websites have a tentative schedule you could check.
4. Tentative schedules are available for 2008 on the teams mlb web sites.
5. Some teams have tentative home schedules out now. Some teams, like the Cardinals, have their 2008 full schedules out. Others will have theirs by the end of the month. I know Colorado, Chicago and Cleveland have their home games listed on their websites. Times may not be available, but at least the dates are.
